IMPORTANT COVID-19 PROTOCOLS FOR OUR CLIENTS
To ensure the safety of all, we are practicing social distancing and are enforcing strict safety and cleaning protocols. Only two clients are allowed inside the lobby at a time and we ask that you please stand on the designated numbers on the floor. If there are two people already in the lobby, please patiently wait your turn on the designated #3 or #4. Once someone leaves the lobby, you may enter and check-in with the front desk receptionist. We ask that all clients please wear a mask when dropping off/ picking up your pets/ picking up medication.
**Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any signs of illness (fever/chills, shortness of breath, cough, runny nose, sneezing) OR if you have been in contact with anyone who has been exposed to COVID-19 in the past 14 days.**
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT PROCESS
You will enter the lobby and check-in with a front desk receptionist. She will then direct you to a number on the floor (#1 or #2). A veterinary assistant will then meet you at that number and begin the intake process. After the assistant escorts your pet inside an exam room, we ask that you step outside and wait for the doctor to call you. You may wait in your car or take a walk around the neighborhood. The doctor will call you in approx. 20-25 minutes to get approval before administering any recommended treatments and to go over the exam findings with you. Once the exam/treatments are complete, a veterinary assistant will call you to collect payment over the phone. You may then return to the hospital (if there is a line, you will have to wait your turn) and check-in with the front desk receptionist and let her know you are picking up your pet. You will be directed to a number again and a veterinary receptionist will escort your pet to you. We recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time as there may be a line. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will have to reschedule your appointment.
*If there is only one client inside the lobby, you may enter and check-in with the front desk receptionist.
We are an essential service and we remain committed to you and your pet. Thank you again for your patience and understanding. We greatly appreciate it!
