**IMPORTANT COVID-19 PROTOCOLS FOR OUR CLIENTS**
Dear Blue Cross Pet Clients,
Our purpose and commitment is to continue to provide essential veterinary care while providing the safest environment necessary for our team members, pet parents, and community.
To comply with the shelter in place ordinance, we will be adjusting our patient in-take. Clients will not be allowed inside the building. Please ring the doorbell on the side door and a veterinary assistant will meet you and bring your pet inside the building for the doctor examination. You will wait outside of the building (or in your vehicle) while your pet is being assessed. After the doctor has evaluated your pet, the doctor or staff member will call you with the examination details and recommendations. We will provide estimates via email. Payments will be collected over the phone and then you will come back to the side door where we will meet you with your pet.
If you are picking up a prescription refill, please pay over the phone and a staff member will hand you your prescription outside.
Thank you in advance for your understanding to ensure the safety of you, our team members, and our community.
Additionally, in consideration of your personal health and that of our staff, if you:
- Are experiencing any signs of illness (fever/chills, shortness of breath, cough, runny nose, sneezing);
- Have been in contact with anyone that has been exposed to COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or;
- Are caring for someone who has been ill in the past 14 days;
Please reschedule your appointment to a later date.
